• 8:00 AM - Smith Opera House Doors Open 
• 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM  - Coffee and Conversations; Photo Booth Opens
• 9:00 AM - Program Begins (Opening Remarks, Years of Service, Recognition Awards)
• 10:20 AM - 11:20 AM - Keynote Session
• 11:20 AM - 11:30 AM - Closing Remarks
• 11:45 AM - Photo Booth Closes
   

Guest Keynote: Dr. Joe Sanfelippo recently retired after spending the last 26 years in the building and the final 12 as the Superintendent of the Fall Creek School District in Fall Creek, WI. The Fall Creek School District was named an Innovative District by the International Center for Leadership in Education twice during that time. Joe holds a BA in Elementary and Early Childhood Education, an MS in Educational Psychology, an MS in Educational Leadership, and a Ph.D. in Leadership, Learning, and Service. Joe started the #1minwalk2work Leadership Challenge, and authored multiple books, including Lead From Where You Are: Building Intention, Connection, and Direction in Our Schools. He is a frequent keynote speaker at educational conferences, addressing topics such as leadership, school culture and professional growth in education.

New this year! Photo Booth: This year we will have a photo booth available during downtime. In order to make sure we can get as many staff member photos as possible, we will limit each group in the booth to two photos at a time. Groups are welcome to get back in line. Photos will be available in a shared folder after the event and will be used by the Centralized Communications team for public communications initiatives. Thank you!
