Leadership Institute
The Wayne-Finger Lakes Leadership Institute is a partnership of Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES, its component school districts, and four colleges and universities.
The purpose of the Institute
Is to identify educators in our region who exhibit strong leadership skills but who have not yet committed to entering the field of school administration.
The goal of the Institute
Is to offer a rigorous three-year school administrator preparatory program that results in well qualified, certified administrators who will stay and work in the region for an additional three years.
The following colleges and universities have agreed to accept Leadership Institute Fellows into their educational administration graduate programs:
- St. John Fisher
- SUNY Brockport
- SUNY Oswego
- University of Rochester
