Dr. Ron Clamser, Jr. is the Assistant Superintendent for Business at Putnam Northern Westchester BOCES in the Lower Hudson Valley Region. He has been a school business official for over nineteen years and has worked in a variety of public-school settings. 

Dr. Clamser is an active member of the Association of School Business Officials of New York, where he serves as President of the Board of Directors. He is a longtime member of the ASBONY Government Relations Committee and a graduate of the SBO Leadership Academy. Throughout his time as a school business official, Dr. Clamser has served in several other leadership positions, more recently he is President of the NYBEST Executive Board and a member of the Pupil Benefits Board of Directors. 

Dr. Clamser earned his Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Manhattanville College studying how gender stereotypes and discrimination during contract negotiations contribute to the pay gap of school business officials. He holds a master's degree in human resource management from SUNY Stony Brook and a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Phoenix. His SDBL certification is from The College of Saint Rose.
