Scholarship Application Form 

Wayne-Finger Lakes Superintendent Award Recipients:

• Must have a GPA of 80 or higher at the end of their junior year.
• Demonstrates leadership as defined by: The consistent demonstration of qualities and characteristics that we would want to see in someone that assumed a leadership role within the WFL BOCES. Those qualities include, but are not limited to: Honesty, Compassion, Perseverance, Responsibility, Kindness, Resiliency and Industriousness.
• Consistently places others' needs before their own as exemplified by their service to school, family, community or others.

To be considered for the scholarship award, the recipient must complete the application form. The selected student will have their essay submitted to a committee that will use it to select scholarship award winners. The application form must be submitted no later than February 15, 2024.
