• Shared Professional Development Service (PDF)

This service provides districts with the option of contracting with a BOCES Staff Developer for 11, 22 or 33 days.  This allows for districts to create sustainable avenues for teachers to receive professional development and coaching on current trends and initiatives. 

• Shared Instructional Coaching Service (PDF)

Districts looking to provide teachers with consistent professional development and coaching can work with BOCES to bring an instructional coach into the district for up to 3 days a week.  This allows the coach the time to create deep relationships with staff to then better impact student achievement. 

• Coaching Development Program 

Coaches need support too!  The Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES Coaching Development Program is designed to support district embedded instructional coaches with their own coach or mentor.  

• Curriculum Writing

Looking to revise your current curriculum maps or maybe even begin from scratch? Staff Developers are trained in the curriculum mapping process and can provide personalized support to ensure standards-aligned maps.
