P-TECH is a nationally recognized program praised by industry leaders and regional partners. All costs are paid for by P-TECH and its component school districts, including tuition and books. Starting in Grade 9, there is a multi-year (grades 9-14) commitment from students and parents, leading to a NYS Regents Diploma and an Associate’s Degree in either: Instrumentation and Control Technologies, Mechanical Technology, Networking and Cybersecurity or Web and Mobile Development from Finger Lakes Community College. Along their journey, students explore career pathways and learn through personalized learning, problem-based learning, mentorships, and embedded job-training and work experiences.
We understand this is a big decision to make now, but we know the jobs of the future will be filled by graduates of P-TECH.
