WTCC Completion Ceremonies and National Technical Honor Society Inductions

WTCC Families and Friends:
Please join us for our Completion Ceremonies and National Technical Honor Society inductions to be held on the evenings of June 10th and 12th on the WTCC/WEC campus. Ceremonies will begin at 6:00 p.m. for the first session and end at 7:00 p.m.  The second session will begin at 7:15 p.m. and end at 8:15 p.m. in the Wayne Education Center gymnasium.  Students can invite up to four guests. Tickets will be collected at the door upon entry. There will be no entry without a ticket.

WTCC Heavy Equipment Students Attend Hard Hat Expo in Syracuse

Heavy Equipment Repair and Operations students attended the Hard Hat Expo in Syracuse on March 21st. Instructors are Todd Buehler, John Erwin and Michael Tantalo.

WTCC Computer Programming Tours Monroe Community College

Seniors and juniors in the WTCC Computer Programming and Video Game Design program taught by Matt Newman toured Monroe Community College on March 14th. Students were given a presentation by the Admissions Office, toured the Campus/Student Housing and met with Jeff Dunker, Associate Professor, Information & Computer Technolgies at Monroe Community College. Special thanks to the Information & Computer Technolgies Department for providing lunch for our students and staff.

Stop the Bleed Certification

Instructors Rachel Higblee, Health Careers (Nursing Assistant Academy) and Tyler Hares, Emergency Services Academy collaborated to help students earn Stop the Bleed certification.

Narcan Resuscitation Certification

Health Careers (Nursing Assistant Academy) seniors are now certified for Narcan resuscitation.

Student Recognition Ceremony 2023

The Wayne Technical and Career Center’s (WTCC) Annual Student Recognition Ceremony was held on the following nights of June 7th and June 8th at the Wayne Education Center Gymnasium in Williamson.
