An orientation for accepted students and their parent(s) will be held on Tuesday, June 18th at 6:30 pm.

The Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES (W-FL BOCES) with support from industry partners: American Culinary Federation of Rochester, JFS/Curtze, Prince George’s Restaurant are providing students currently enrolled in 7th, 8th or 9th grade a FREE 3-week opportunity in July to experience first-hand cooking and baking skills in Culinary Arts. Students will have the opportunity to earn ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification which provides training on how to keep food safe, contamination, allergens and more. Students must be enrolled in a Ontario, Seneca, Wayne or Yates county public school and must provide their own lunch and transportation. Candidates are eligible to participate in Summer Culinary Arts Experience only one time.
