The Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES (W-FL BOCES) with support from industry partners: American Culinary Federation of Rochester, JFS/Curtze, Prince George’s Restaurant are providing students currently enrolled in 7th, 8th or 9th grade a FREE 3-week opportunity in July to experience first-hand cooking and baking skills in Culinary Arts. Students will have the opportunity to earn ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification which provides training on how to keep food safe, contamination, allergens and more. Candidates are eligible to participate in Summer Culinary Arts Experience only one time.
